15 Ways to be Kind to Yourself

1. Update your list of dreams, your vision board, your bucket list.


2. Choose to surround yourself with people you TRULY like.


3. Politely decline invitations you want to pass on. Don't be scared of saying No.


4. Eat for health and drink a LOT of good water.


5. Keep your home clutter-free, clean and organized. Start with a drawer, a shelf, a cabinet.


6. Take a break to clear your head! A walk, a nap, a shower, meditation!...


7. Spend time in nature. Walk barefoot! Hug a tree! Touch stone, grass, water, wood.


8. Do something each day that bring you a lot of joy. My choice: Read fiction books!


9. Sleep enough hours at night. Find what's best for YOU! For me it's about 7 hours!


10. Create a morning and a night routine that make bring you joy.


11. Respect your opinions, and don't be afraid of voicing them.


12. Share your preferences when others are sharing theirs, too.


13. Say no if any weird feeling arises in you before making a decision.


14. Plan your schedule with extra time for accidental delays or changes.


15. Seek out advice when you are unsure about how to make an important decision.
